In 1963, James M. Kittleman established an executive recruitment firm, the first in the nation to exclusively serve nonprofit organizations. In the 60 years since, Kittleman & Associates has grown and evolved, proudly connecting nonprofit organizations that are transforming the world with visionary leaders who can impact the lives of those they serve.
Along the way, we’ve developed many of the best practices in the field of nonprofit executive recruitment. Hundreds of nonprofit organizations across the country have benefited from the frontline expertise of Kittleman’s search consultants, all of whom have had proven nonprofit leadership experience prior to joining the firm.
We’re incredibly proud of the partnerships and the relationships we’ve forged and nurtured over the years, so we can’t think of a better way to celebrate our anniversary than to check in with some of our placements—executives who are creating a better world by carrying out the mission of the nonprofits they lead.
