Kittleman Announces Opening of Boston Office

Appoints New Consultants to lead New England Market

Kittleman & Associates announced today the opening of their office in Boston, Massachusetts and the appointment of Susan Egmont, Senior Counsel, and Susan Barry, Principal, as managing directors of the New England market. With the opening of their Boston office, Kittleman is now represented in four cities, with offices in Chicago, Philadelphia, and Denver.

Susan Egmont has been a non-profit executive search consultant for 20 years and prior to joining Kittleman was Principal at Egmont Associates. She has successfully served more than 250 client organizations dedicated to human services, education, environment, philanthropy, science, and the arts. She is a founding Board member of the Alliance for Nonprofit Management, Massachusetts Nonprofit Network and Georgia Center for Nonprofits.

Susan Barry has served in executive leadership positions in the nonprofit sector for 30 years. Her extensive professional experience includes more than 20 years in the community foundation field including as President and CEO of the Community Foundation of Louisville, the largest charitable foundation in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Most recently, Susan was a partner at Egmont Associates where she focused exclusively on executive search in the nonprofit sector.
