Dr. Vilicia Cade: Chief Executive Officer and President
Philadelphia, PA- Dr. Vilicia Cade has been announced as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Child Guidance Resource Centers, the largest provider of children's mental health services in the greater Philadelphia area. With over three decades of leadership in public education, Dr. Cade brings a proven track record of improving outcomes for at-risk populations through innovative and compassionate approaches. Her distinguished career includes historic tenures in New York City Schools, Sandusky City Schools and most recently as the first African American female Superintendent of the Capital School District in Delaware.
Dr. Cade's visionary leadership has resulted in numerous achievements, including securing millions in funding for innovative learning programs, improving graduation rates and establishing wellness centers in schools. Her commitment to forging public-private partnerships that address the holistic needs of children and families will enhance Child Guidance Resource Centers continuing efforts to be the premier provider of mental health services in the communities it serves.
