Mariana Osoria: Chief Executive Officer
Chicago, IL – Mariana Osoria has been selected as Chief Executive Officer of Gads Hill Center, a community- based organization that supports working families through comprehensive programs and services that connect children and families to resources that meet their educational, employment, and health-related goals.
Most recently, Osoria has served the City of Chicago in the Mayor’s Office as First Deputy of Human Services where she supported key priorities of Mayor Brandon Johnson’s administration including mental and behavioral health services and policies, workforce development strategy and programs, gender-based violence prevention, and other initiatives. In this role, she advised the Deputy Mayor and senior leadership team on policy recommendations and programs to improve outcomes and access to key human services, especially those affecting Chicago’s most vulnerable citizens. Previously, she was Senior Vice President of Strategy, Policy & Equity for Family Focus in Chicago.
Osoria remains active as a Commissioner on the Cook County Commission on Women’s Issues, as a Truth and Racial Healing Practitioner, a Latino Agenda member, and Board member for a Federally Qualified Health Center.
