Annie Bacci: Chief Executive Officer
BOULDER, CO – Annie Bacci has been chosen as Chief Executive Officer of TGTHR, an organization dedicated to ending youth homelessness.
Bacci brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in creating supportive housing opportunities for youth and young adults while working at the intersection of systems, policy and program design. Most recently, Bacci held the role of Director of The Corporation for Supportive Housing's (CSH) Mountain West region, where she provided overall strategic direction for the region and its Colorado-based team.
This included leading work in several states to create permanent housing solutions for youth experiencing homelessness. Bacci also has prior experience at the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Division of Housing (DOLA) where she oversaw the Homelessness and Supportive Housing unit as the Manager of Homeless Programs.
Ending youth homelessness requires all young people have a place to live, employment, access to education, wellness, and a supportive community. That is what TGTHR has been delivering for almost 60 years. In the decades TGTHR has worked to address and end youth homelessness, approaches have changed significantly. Research supports the efficacy of rental assistance and supportive housing programs; interventions that address wellbeing and risk behaviors; and trauma-informed, strengths-based, and comprehensive services.
