What We Do
Our promise
1
First, we’ll develop a pool of candidates perfectly matched to fit your organization’s values, needs and goals.
You will receive an expertly curated pool of candidates that meets your expectations. We will work to first understand the future needs of your organization and the right skills required to achieve your goals. The candidates you receive will match those needs specifically.
Deciding which candidate to hire may be the most difficult part of the process for you. We never “pad” the pool with less appropriate candidates simply to increase the number or variety of choices.
Once you hire your candidate, we provide additional assurance that your new leader will be successful in their role. This ongoing counsel and expertise—before, during and after the hire of your new leader—helps to ensure organizational success during this time of transition.
2
Second, our Principal Consultant will lead every aspect of your search, start to finish.
Your consultant will be 100% accountable for the search and will lead every step of the way, from organizational assessment to the recruitment of top talent through your new hire’s transition period.
You can have confidence that your search committee will be paired with a true peer. Every principal consultant at Kittleman has prior career leadership experience in a nonprofit organization as a CEO, Senior Executive or board member.
You will work with a team of professionals at Kittleman, but your expert consultant will not disappear at any point in the process.
